Real, document-heavy disputes kept revealing the same problem: the work of organizing facts is fundamentally different from the work of exercising legal judgment. LabFactory LR was designed around that boundary. Individuals get factual case organization. Licensed attorneys get attorney-operated legal research and drafting infrastructure — separate capability sets, not two versions of the same product.
LabFactory LR brings a systematic, evidence-driven analytical discipline to every matter it touches — refined over months of real-world use, not built in the abstract.
Hundreds of emails, PDFs, texts, and records become a sourced chronology, searchable document index, and concise factual briefing package. Every entry points back to its source. Apparent date conflicts are surfaced. Authorities supplied by you or your lawyer are cataloged and source-checked.
We do not give legal advice. We do not interpret law, apply law to your facts, determine whether someone's conduct violated a law, breached an agreement, or gives rise to legal liability, identify claims or defenses, determine deadlines, tell you what evidence is legally sufficient, estimate your odds of winning, calculate what you're owed, or recommend legal or negotiation strategy. We do not draft or send filings, demand letters, or complaints. This scope doesn't change if an attorney later reviews the output — if a request would require applying law to your facts or exercising legal judgment, we don't perform it here, period. We're not a law firm and we don't represent you.
This system was developed through intensive document review, source verification, drafting, and quantitative-analysis workflows across real, complex matters. In firm use, your licensed attorneys define the legal scope, operate the research and drafting tools directly, independently review the resulting work, and retain responsibility for its final use.
A designated licensed attorney at your firm directs use of the infrastructure for each matter and retains full professional responsibility for the firm's research, analysis, drafting, and final work product. LabFactory LR provides research and drafting infrastructure that attorneys at your firm operate directly; it does not perform legal research, legal analysis, or legal drafting on your firm's behalf. LabFactory LR's customer is the attorney or firm, not the firm's client. Your firm accesses and reviews its work within an attorney-controlled workspace, using capabilities your firm activates and directs. LabFactory LR does not send legal work product to your clients, opposing parties, courts, or agencies, and does not file or transmit materials on your firm's behalf.
The two tracks share factual document-processing infrastructure, but legal research, legal drafting, and legal-analysis capabilities are restricted to direct use by licensed attorneys at verified law firms.
